Where do I start?
Although you can only register as an apprentice once you’ve graduated high school, you can test out your chosen trade and get some work experience by participating in a youth apprenticeship program.
If you’re not certain you want to undertake a full apprenticeship but want to get exposure to the trade and earn some basic safety certificates, your apprenticeship can also start with a pre-apprenticeship program.
Or, if you’re ready to dive into your apprenticeship, then start by getting familiar with your apprenticeship system.
